Fund Accountant/Senior Fund Accountant - Asia Credit Fund

The Company

Our client is a Asia Based Credit fund house with a strong international footprint and a long‑established presence in the market. As part of their continued growth, they are looking to hire a Senior Fund Accountant to join their experienced and well‑respected Finance team in APAC

The Role

• NAV Calculation: Prepare and review daily, weekly, or monthly Net Asset Value (NAV).
• Financial Reporting: Draft annual and interim financial statements under IFRS or US GAAP.
• Audit Management: Coordinate with external auditors and handle year-end audit queries.
• Capital Operations: Process investor capital calls, distributions, and subscription documents.
• Expense Management: Accrue and process fund expenses, management fees, and performance fees.
• Regulatory Compliance: Prepare data for regulatory filings and tax reporting compliance.

Your Profile

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of fund accounting or fund administration experience.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline.
• Credentials: CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification is highly preferred.
• Asset Class Knowledge: Familiarity with Private Equity, Venture Capital, Hedge Funds, or Mutual Funds.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and systems like Paxus, Geneva, or eFront.
