Job Description

As a Fund Accounting and Admin Manager professional, your main responsibilities will include:

Overseeing the daily accounting operations of ETF funds and ensuring accuracy in fund valuations.
Coordinating with internal and external teams for smooth fund management processes.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards in all fund accounting activities.
Preparing financial reports and statements for ETF funds.
Resolving discrepancies and addressing inquiries related to fund operations.
Assisting in audits and implementing process improvements for efficiency.
Collaborating with stakeholders to maintain high-quality service delivery.
Providing insights and recommendations for optimizing fund performance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

A strong background in accounting or finance, preferably within the financial services industry.
Fund Accounting and Admin experience with ETF and mutual funds are highly preferred
Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools.
Effective communication skills for liaising with stakeholders and teams.
An understanding of regulatory compliance requirements in the financial sector.
