Job Description - Fund Admin - Financial Services

Well-established financial services group
Strong Excel skills is preferred

About Our Client

Our client is a well-established multinational financial services group, providing long-term stability, structured operations, and a collaborative culture.

Job Description

Handle daily financial data entry and verification, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Assist in data analysis and reporting using Excel tools (e.g. formulas, pivot tables, data comparison).
Support administrative and finance operations, including document checking, schedule validation, and record maintenance.
Maintain and update financial records such as journals, ledgers, invoices, and account statements.
Perform basic accounting tasks including debit/credit processing, billing, invoicing, and account reconciliation.

The Successful Applicant

Associate degree or high school diploma in Accounting or related financial discipline.
At least 1-2 years of experience within accounting, finance, or fund-related functions.
Proficient in Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data handling).
Strong written and spoken communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
