Job Description

As a Fund Admin Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

Overseeing the day-to-day fund administration operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Reviewing and approving financial statements, reports, and fund valuations.
Collaborating with internal and external auditors to address audit queries and ensure transparency.
Managing fund accounting processes, including reconciliations and expense allocations.
Ensuring accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders and investors.
Implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Providing guidance and support to the accounting and finance team.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Fund Admin Manager should have:

A degree or professional qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Proven expertise in fund administration within the financial services industry.
8 years of Fund Accounting Experience in PE
Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment in Hong Kong.
