Fund Operation Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily fund operations, including trade reconciliation, settlement, corporate actions, and portfolio valuation.
2. Monitor holdings and cash positions; oversee bank account opening, subscriptions and redemptions, expense accruals, and dividend distributions to ensure operational integrity.
3. Maintain professional relationships and coordinate effectively with fund administrators, custodians, trustees, brokers, and tax advisors.
4. Facilitate annual fund audits and ensure timely and accurate public disclosures and reporting.
5. Assist in the preparation and review of data for regulatory filings and external reporting to ensure adherence to compliance standards.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in asset management or fund operations.
2. Proactive and self-motivated with strong execution skills and a high sense of responsibility. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a strong team-oriented mindset.
3. Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (fluent Mandarin is required). Candidates with valid Hong Kong work authorization are preferred.
