Responsibilities: 



  • Own hands-on execution of overseas performance advertising on platforms including TikTok, Meta (Facebook/IG), Google Ads, AppLovin, X/Twitter, and ASA.

  • Drive and optimize key metrics: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI/ROAS; build campaign structures (Campaign → Ad Set → Ad), configure targeting, budgets, bidding, and objectives.

  • Develop testing plans and run ongoing optimization & A/B tests for audiences, creatives, and landing experiences.

  • Translate product/market insights into targeting strategy and creative direction; collaborate with design/content teams on high-performing visual/video materials.

  • Set up, validate, and troubleshoot multi-channel attribution & tracking (pixels, SDKs, API tracking, MMPs). Coordinate with data/tech teams to ensure accurate conversion reporting.

  • Monitor daily performance, generate reports/insights, and recommend optimization actions for budget allocation, targeting, and creative.

  • Stay current with platform policies, algorithm changes, and new ad features/placements; run rapid experiments to improve performance.

  • Support cross-team execution by aligning ad pacing with promotions across Ops, Product, Sales, and other stakeholders.



Requirements



  • 2-3 years in performance advertising/optimization; hands-on experience with at least two of: TikTok, Meta, Google Ads, AppLovin. Overseas financial product advertising is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of performance marketing fundamentals: funnel/lifecycle, bidding mechanics, conversion optimization, and practical campaign outcomes.

  • Excel/Sheets (pivot tables, basic functions) and comfort with BI/data analysis tools. Familiarity with attribution models is a plus.

  • Practical experience with pixel/event tracking and MMP/platform-native attribution (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust). 

  • Experience using AI tools for content (image/video/script) is a plus.

  • Results-oriented, resilient, and highly accountable; able to run fast iterations in a dynamic environment.

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration 

  • Good English reading/writing skills for platform docs and overseas creatives; cross-cultural insight is a plus.




Preferred Qualifications



  • Deep experience in financial services / exchange / Web3 payment apps with representative campaign results or case studies.

  • Experience with A/B test design, landing page optimization, or user research.
