General Description:

Reporting to the Global Planning Manager, you will be responsible for managing the rolling purchase forecast from regional planning team.  You will work to close the bridge between our internal or external customers and suppliers to ensure that demand and supply match. You also need to support project for any ad hoc order fulfillment request and drag out root cause.

Responsibilities:

• Working with the Regions, manage the weekly replenishment planning process ensuring. 
• Conduct demand and sell through data analysis to validate replenishment plan.
• Work closely with Regional Planning team to identify constraints and eliminate gaps in supply.  Immediately communicate updates and changes to the replenishment plan.
• Work with the Region to maintain an optimal inventory position with minimal excess inventory and high customer service levels.   
• Assist in the transition of new products into the global planning process.
• Assist in the phase-out planning of end-of-life (EOL) SKUs.
• Backfill or provide support to other Regions as necessary.  Support Global Planning Manger as required.   
• Perform all other duties as assigned or required in relation to the position.

Education and Qualification Requirements:

• Minimum two (2) years experience in planning function, acquired from global manufacturing organization. International experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving ability.
• Strong communications skills with the ability to build relationship and influence key stakeholders.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage and facilitate a weekly forecasting process.  Meet deadlines in a fast-growing and dynamic environment.
• Ability to work across diverse cultures.
• Degree in either in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering Management or other related disciplines acquired from an international reputable University or Tertiary Institution.
• Experience with Oracle ERP or equivalent is a MUST.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Excel
• Fluency in both spoken and written English. Other languages would be an advantage.
