Key Responsibilities
1. Delivery of Annual Marketing Targets
Take full P&L responsibility for the Glory business, aligning with the company’s annual operating budget and delivering on three core financial targets: total revenue, external channel revenue, and operating profit. Drive initiatives including new business growth, optimization of premium payment structure, increased penetration of integrated solutions, and client persistency management, ensuring end-to-end quality from deal origination to delivery.
2. Omni-channel Development and Enablement
Build and manage a comprehensive omni-channel distribution system covering Noah’s core internal channels and external partners (including independent collaborators such as Minz). Lead channel incentive design, establish cross-channel collaboration mechanisms, empower frontline Relationship Managers (RMs) through structured enablement systems, and continuously expand partnerships with external ecosystems such as IFA / EAM / MGA.
3. Team Leadership and Talent Development
Establish and lead the Glory Marketing Center team (including channel management, product marketing, training & enablement, and operations support). Develop a tiered training and certification system, cultivate a globally minded talent pipeline capable of operating across multiple jurisdictions, and ensure retention of key talent and succession readiness for critical roles.
4. Innovation and AI Application
Lead the AI-driven transformation of the Glory marketing system. Drive practical implementation of AI across use cases such as client matching, solution generation, RM enablement, content marketing, and compliance support. Explore emerging marketing models including AI agents, KOL-driven content ecosystems, and cross-border community operations, building differentiated capabilities with AI adoption significantly ahead of industry standards.

1. 年度营销目标达成
承担 Glory 业务完整 P&L 责任,对标公司年度经营预算,达成营业收入、外部渠道收入与经营利润三大核心财务目标。统筹推进新单规模增长、期缴结构优化、综合方案占比提升与客户续期率管理,保障业务从签单到交付的全链路质量。
2. 全渠道建设与赋能
构建并管理覆盖诺亚集团主渠道与外部渠道(含 Minz 等独立合作方)的全渠道营销体系。负责渠道激励政策设计、跨渠道协同机制建立、一线 RM 系统化赋能,以及外部 IFA / EAM / MGA 等合作生态的持续拓展。
3. 团队管理与人才梯队
搭建并领导 Glory 营销中心团队(渠道经理、产品营销、培训赋能、运营支持)。建立分层分级培训认证体系,培养具备全球视野、能在多司法管辖区切换的 Glory 业务骨干梯队,确保核心人才保留与关键岗位接班人到位。
4. 创新与 AI 应用
引领 Glory 营销体系的 AI 化转型,推动 AI 在客户匹配、方案生成、RM 赋能、内容营销、合规辅助等场景的实战落地。探索 AI Agent、KOL 内容生态、跨境社群运营等新型营销范式。AI 应用水平须显著领先于行业平均,可对外形成差异化竞争力。
