Job Description - Glory GM

Key Responsibilities

1. Delivery of Annual Marketing Targets

Take full P&L responsibility for the Glory business, aligning with the company’s annual operating budget and delivering on three core financial targets: total revenue, external channel revenue, and operating profit. Drive initiatives including new business growth, optimization of premium payment structure, increased penetration of integrated solutions, and client persistency management, ensuring end-to-end quality from deal origination to delivery.

2. Omni-channel Development and Enablement

Build and manage a comprehensive omni-channel distribution system covering Noah’s core internal channels and external partners (including independent collaborators such as Minz). Lead channel incentive design, establish cross-channel collaboration mechanisms, empower frontline Relationship Managers (RMs) through structured enablement systems, and continuously expand partnerships with external ecosystems such as IFA / EAM / MGA.

3. Team Leadership and Talent Development

Establish and lead the Glory Marketing Center team (including channel management, product marketing, training & enablement, and operations support). Develop a tiered training and certification system, cultivate a globally minded talent pipeline capable of operating across multiple jurisdictions, and ensure retention of key talent and succession readiness for critical roles.

4. Innovation and AI Application

Lead the AI-driven transformation of the Glory marketing system. Drive practical implementation of AI across use cases such as client matching, solution generation, RM enablement, content marketing, and compliance support. Explore emerging marketing models including AI agents, KOL-driven content ecosystems, and cross-border community operations, building differentiated capabilities with AI adoption significantly ahead of industry standards.

Qualifications

Experience

  1. 15+ years of experience in marketing or channel management within wealth management, insurance, or asset management industries
  2. 5+ years of senior leadership experience with full P&L ownership and independent team management
  3. Strong global business perspective, with deep familiarity in at least two offshore markets (Hong Kong, Singapore, United States) in wealth management and insurance
  4. Proven track record of leading and scaling large-scale marketing operations

Professional Expertise

  1. Insurance Expertise: Senior-level proficiency with deep knowledge of high-net-worth insurance solutions across HK/SG/US markets, including whole life, savings, universal life, annuities, and critical illness products; familiarity with leading insurers such as AIA, Prudential, Manulife, AXA, Pacific Life, John Hancock, etc.
  2. Integrated Solution Capability: Experience in structuring and delivering comprehensive solutions including residency planning, offshore trusts, family office structures, and wealth succession planning, with the ability to position insurance as an entry point into holistic wealth solutions
  3. Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly master the full Glory product platform, including product positioning and sales logic
  4. Compliance Awareness: Basic understanding of multi-jurisdictional regulatory frameworks (e.g., HKIA, MAS, SEC, CIRC)

Channel & Ecosystem Capability

  1. Hands-on channel experience with a deep understanding of frontline RM perspectives, rather than purely head-office-driven management
  2. Familiarity with Noah’s internal business units, including their operating models, cultural differences, and collaboration mechanisms
  3. Practical experience working with external partners such as IFA / EAM / MGA
  4. Strong ability to integrate resources and resolve conflicts across cultures, regions, and business lines

Innovation & AI Capability (Must-have)

  1. AI application capability significantly above industry average
  2. Hands-on experience with large language models (e.g., Claude, GPT) in areas such as client insights, solution generation, content creation, training enablement, and compliance review
  3. Proven track record of leading or deeply participating in AI project implementation (beyond conceptual or presentation-level involvement)
  4. Independent perspective on how AI is transforming wealth management marketing

Soft Skills

  1. Strong strategic thinking combined with execution excellence
  2. Strong client-centric mindset and long-term orientation, aligned with Noah’s philosophy of “serving across generations”
  3. Fluent in both English and Chinese, with business-level proficiency suitable for negotiations; able to operate effectively across Greater China, North America, and Southeast Asia
  4. High resilience and the ability to maintain balance and composure amid complex multi-channel stakeholder dynamics

1. 年度营销目标达成

承担 Glory 业务完整 P&L 责任,对标公司年度经营预算,达成营业收入、外部渠道收入与经营利润三大核心财务目标。统筹推进新单规模增长、期缴结构优化、综合方案占比提升与客户续期率管理,保障业务从签单到交付的全链路质量。

2. 全渠道建设与赋能

构建并管理覆盖诺亚集团主渠道与外部渠道(含 Minz 等独立合作方)的全渠道营销体系。负责渠道激励政策设计、跨渠道协同机制建立、一线 RM 系统化赋能,以及外部 IFA / EAM / MGA 等合作生态的持续拓展。

3. 团队管理与人才梯队

搭建并领导 Glory 营销中心团队(渠道经理、产品营销、培训赋能、运营支持)。建立分层分级培训认证体系,培养具备全球视野、能在多司法管辖区切换的 Glory 业务骨干梯队,确保核心人才保留与关键岗位接班人到位。

4. 创新与 AI 应用

引领 Glory 营销体系的 AI 化转型,推动 AI 在客户匹配、方案生成、RM 赋能、内容营销、合规辅助等场景的实战落地。探索 AI Agent、KOL 内容生态、跨境社群运营等新型营销范式。AI 应用水平须显著领先于行业平均,可对外形成差异化竞争力。

任职要求

经验背景

  1. 15 年以上财富管理 / 保险 / 资管行业营销或渠道管理经验
  2. 5 年以上独立带团队、负责完整 P&L 的高管经验
  3. 具备全球化业务视野,深度熟悉香港、新加坡、美国至少两地的离岸财富管理与保险市场
  4. 有主导过规模化营销业务的实战记录

专业能力

  1. 保险专业度: 达到资深级水平,精通 HK/SG/US 的高端寿险、储蓄、万通、年金、重疾等产品体系,熟悉主流保险公司(友邦、保诚、宏利、安盛、Pacific Life、John Hancock 等)的产品差异与合作机制
  2. 综合业务能力: 具备身份规划、海外信托、家族办公室、传承架构等综合方案的设计与销售经验,能将保险作为家族整体财富方案的入口
  3. Glory 产品熟悉度: 能在到岗短期内完整掌握 Glory 全产品货架的特点、定位与销售逻辑
  4. 合规理解: 对 HKIA、MAS、SEC、CIRC 等多地监管框架有基础认知

渠道与生态能力

  1. 真正“做过渠道、理解渠道”——能站在一线 RM 视角思考问题,而非仅做总部式管理
  2. 熟悉诺亚集团内不同业务单元的业务逻辑、文化差异与协同方式
  3. 有与外部 IFA / EAM / MGA 等独立机构的实操合作经验
  4. 具备跨文化、跨地域、跨业务线的资源整合与冲突化解能力

创新与 AI 能力(硬性要求)

  1. AI 应用能力 显著强于行业平均水平
