We are seeking a person who can assist in vibrant Club Lounge operations in a successful 5-star hotel.

• Assist in Club Lounge operations in a successful 5-star hotel


• Deliver customer service based on hotel standard and procedures


• Conduct up-selling and cross-selling to maximize hotel revenue
  
   

Are you vibrant with?

 

• Related customer service experience 


• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese


• Fabulous communication and interpersonal skills


• Tech-savvy, good with details


• Able to work cheerfully under pressure, juggle deadlines and priorities


• Manage overnight duties
