About Our Client

The organisation is a well-established organisation operating within the Financial Services industry globally. They operate on a discreet but impactful nature and is looking for someone to join their team as a Guest Services Lead to support visitors in their office. The background of their visitors are those UHNW and therefore require someone who is polished, corporate who carries themselves with a high level of customer service skills.

Job Description

As an Guest services Lead professional, your main responsibilities will include:
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including scheduling, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinating and managing executive calendars to ensure optimal time management.
  • Liaising with various departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration on key projects.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • Managing and prioritising incoming communications, including emails and calls, on behalf of executives.
  • Assisting in organising and coordinating meetings, events, and conferences.
  • Handling VIPs requests with discretion and within tight deadlines
  • Providing high customer service skills to visitors and being an ambassador of the firm
The Successful Applicant

As a Guest Services Lead you will require
  • Higher education in business administration, hotel management or relevant studies
  • Candidates from concierge, hospitality and secretarial backgrounds preferred
  • Proficiency in office software and tools, with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive mindset and problem-solving abilities to handle complex tasks effectively.
  • A high level of professionalism and discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
