The organisation is a well-established organisation operating within the Financial Services industry globally. They operate on a discreet but impactful nature and is looking for someone to join their team as a Guest Services Lead to support visitors in their office. The background of their visitors are those UHNW and therefore require someone who is polished, corporate who carries themselves with a high level of customer service skills.

Job Description

As an Guest services Lead professional, your main responsibilities will include:

Providing comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including scheduling, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
Coordinating and managing executive calendars to ensure optimal time management.
Liaising with various departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration on key projects.
Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
Managing and prioritising incoming communications, including emails and calls, on behalf of executives.
Assisting in organising and coordinating meetings, events, and conferences.
Handling VIPs requests with discretion and within tight deadlines
Providing high customer service skills to visitors and being an ambassador of the firm

The Successful Applicant

As a Guest Services Lead you will require

Higher education in business administration, hotel management or relevant studies
Candidates from concierge, hospitality and secretarial backgrounds preferred
Proficiency in office software and tools, with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive mindset and problem-solving abilities to handle complex tasks effectively.
A high level of professionalism and discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
