About the Role

As a Head Mixologist, you will be the visionary behind our award-winning beverage program. You will blend avant-garde liquid craftsmanship with the art of 5-star hospitality, creating bespoke, sensory journeys for a sophisticated global clientele. You are not just managing a bar; you are curating an atmosphere where every cocktail tells a story and every guest experiences flawless, intuitive luxury.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creative development of seasonal, high-concept cocktail menus, incorporating artisanal ingredients, modern techniques, and theatrical presentation.


• Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring immaculate mis-en-place, seamless service flow, and strict adherence to ultra-luxury standards.


• Act as the face of the bar, engaging high-profile guests and connoisseurs, handling bespoke requests, and gracefully turning feedback into opportunities for perfection.


• Maintain meticulous control over premium spirit inventories, rare vintages, and high-end barware, while managing requisitions and cost control without compromising on quality.


• Cultivate a high-performing team of bartenders, instilling a deep passion for mixology, rigorous attention to detail, and the grace required for 5-star service.

About You

• At least 5 years of elite bartending experience within 5-star luxury hotels or establishments recognized by Asia’s 50 Best Bars, including at least 1 year in a dedicated supervisory or leadership role.


• An innovative taste-maker who is deeply obsessed with cocktail culture, spirits history, and pushing the boundaries of liquid gastronomy.


• An expert, nuanced understanding of rare spirits, fine wines, sake, and global flavor profiles.


• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills—polished, charismatic, and capable of commanding a room while remaining a collaborative team player.


• Flawless command of spoken and written English. Fluency in Cantonese or Putonghua is highly advantageous for engaging our diverse clientele.
