Head of Client Management, Asia - Global Asset Manager

Our client is a leading international asset manager with a well-established and growing presence across Asia. As part of their strategic expansion, they are seeking a senior sales/Client relationshipment leader to drive the development and execution of their overall distribution strategy in the region.
In this role, you will take full ownership of the Asia sales function, leading client engagement across key channels while building and mentoring a high-performing team. You will work closely with global and regional stakeholders to accelerate asset growth, deepen client relationships, and strengthen the firm’s market position.
What you’ll do

• Lead and execute the regional sales strategy to drive asset growth and revenue across all channel
• Partner with global product, investment, and distribution teams to deliver comprehensive client solutions
• Design, implement, and enhance sales processes and procedures to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability across the region
• Represent the firm in senior client engagements, industry forums, and strategic partnerships
• Provide insights on market trends, client needs, and competitive dynamics to shape business strategy

What we’re looking for

• Extensive experience in asset management sales or distribution, with a strong leadership track record
• Broad knowledge of investment products across asset classes (e.g. equities, fixed income, alternatives, multi-asset)
• Deep understanding of regional distribution models and market dynamics
• Demonstrated experience building and leading high-performing sales teams Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and influencing skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
