Head of Finance

Responsibilities :

1. Take full responsibility for accounting and reporting, including full set of book keeping and month-end financial statements of the Group and its subsidiaries.
2. Oversee the Finance Department to ensure proper maintenance of all accounting systems and function with internal control requirement.
3. Monitor and responsible for submitting daily and monthly FRR to SFC.
4. Act as a key contact person of Finance Departments with the banks, auditing firms and regulatory organization to ensure that bank financial and audit data comply with requirements by regulatory organization.

Requirements :

1. Degree holder or above in Accounting or related disciplines, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
2. Over 5 years of relevant experience in securities firms and asset management companies
3. Financial settlements experience including stocks, structured products and bonds are preferred.
4. Initiative with ambitious and capable of handling multiple tasks independently.
5. Good analytical and communication skills
6. Good command of written and oral in both Chinese and English.
