Head of Fundraising / Investor Relations

My client is one top Chinese quant fund and they newly set up office in HK, this position reports directly to the Founder and is responsible for day-to-day investor relations activities in HK.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support capital raising efforts targeting private and institutional investors
2. Proactively identify and engage potential investors
3. Manage the fundraising process, coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
4. Maintain strong relationships and regular communication with investors
5. Attend investor meetings and presentations
6. Prepare high-quality investor marketing materials
7. Support additional projects and responsibilities as required

Competencies:

1. Strong knowledge of capital raising and investor relations
2. Proven client relationship management skills with institutional and private investors
3. Excellent communication, presentation, and written English and Chinese skills
4. Professional, confident, self-motivated, and well-organised
5. Team-oriented with a proactive mindset
