Job Description - Head of Investment Team




•Responsible for setting the firm's growth and investment strategy.



•Lead the team to successfully complete the investment tasks and returns covering the primary and secondary markets.



•Supervise and manage external partners, and evaluate relevant investment products and investment proposals.


Requirements



• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance-related major, with more than 12 years of work experience in family office, private banking, or wealth management;



•Has rich experience in investment and asset allocation and covers primary and secondary markets.



•Familiar with private equity direct investment, overseas real estate investment, and investment in stocks, funds, bonds, and other whole-process management and portfolio management



•Excellent communication and coordination skills, pioneering spirit, team leadership, execution.



•Familiar with Chinese-funded corporate culture and working methods, with good reading and writing skills in both Chinese and English.
