Job Description - Head of Investment Team

â¢Responsible for setting the firm's growth and investment strategy.

â¢Lead the team to successfully complete the investment tasks and returns covering the primary and secondary markets.

â¢Supervise and manage external partners, and evaluate relevant investment products and investment proposals.

Requirements

â¢ Bachelorâs degree or above in finance-related major, with more than 12 years of work experience in family office, private banking, or wealth management;

â¢Has rich experience in investment and asset allocation and covers primary and secondary markets.

â¢Familiar with private equity direct investment, overseas real estate investment, and investment in stocks, funds, bonds, and other whole-process management and portfolio management

â¢Excellent communication and coordination skills, pioneering spirit, team leadership, execution.

â¢Familiar with Chinese-funded corporate culture and working methods, with good reading and writing skills in both Chinese and English.
