Job Description - Head of IT/ CTO (Retail business)

Your new company

A leading multinational retail company with a strong presence globally.

Your new role
Lead overall IT strategy and roadmap aligned with business growth
Report directly to C-suite and act as a key technology advisor.
Drive end-to-end digital transformation (multichannel, CRM, data, e-commerce)
Oversee retail IT operations including POS, stores, supply chain, and logistics systems
Modernise legacy platforms to scalable, cloud-based architecture
Partner with business leaders to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
Manage enterprise systems (ERP, POS, CRM, e-commerce) and system integrations

What you'll need to succeed

Strong IT experience with strong leadership exposure in retail or consumer business
Proven track record in digital transformation and enterprise system implementation
Solid knowledge of retail technologies (POS, ERP, CRM, e-commerce). SAP is a plus
Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence C-level
Strategic mindset with hands-on delivery capability
