About the Company:

Our client, a leading brokerage firm, is looking for a strong Tech Lead for their network team.

As the Head of Network, you will report directly to the Head of Infrastructure and take absolute ownership of the enterprise network lifecycle. You will bridge the gap between high-level strategy, fiscal management, and cutting-edge engineering.

1. Architectural Governance: Drive the technical design and governance of a massive hybrid infrastructure, steering the evolution of global LAN/WAN/SD-WAN and multi-cloud environments (AWS & Azure).
2. Team & Vendor Leadership: Direct a high-performing internal team and manage a tier-1 external Managed Service Provider (MSP) to ensure seamless, end-to-end service delivery.
3. Strategic Transformation: Act as the primary technical lead on global network RFI/RFPs, driving vendor negotiations, scope-of-work definitions, and multi-million-dollar cost-optimization initiatives.
4. Project Delivery: Accountable for the seamless execution of a concurrent portfolio of large-scale enterprise network deployments, firewall micro-segmentation projects, and automation rollouts.
5. Senior Stakeholder Management: Translate complex infrastructure challenges into business-aligned solutions, regularly advising and reporting to C-suite and executive leadership teams.

What We Are Looking For

1. Experience Profile: 15+ years of deep network infrastructure experience, including at least 10 years of proven managerial experience leading teams of 10+ engineers in a large-scale enterprise environment (highly prefer financial sector or deeply regulated industries).
2. Technical Mastery: Extensive experience in LAN/MAN/WAN/SD-WAN, Micro-Segmentation Firewalls, Wireless LAN, VPN, IPS, WAF, SLB, and modern network performance monitoring/automation tools.
3. Cloud Fluency: Solid conceptual and hands-on knowledge of cloud network architectures, specifically focusing on advanced AWS and Azure cloud migrations and adoptions.
4. Commercial Acumen: Strong background in vendor management, contract negotiation, budgeting, and executing structured RFP processes.
5. Methodology & Frameworks: Deep familiarity with network operations under the ITIL framework.
6. Language & Communication: Exceptional communication and influencing skills in English and Mandarin to collaborate with global stakeholders.
7. Credentials: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Electrical Engineering is required. Elite certifications such as CCIE, AWS Certified Advanced Networking, or Azure Network Engineer Expert are highly advantageous.
