HR Business Partner, Investment Bank

A leading investment bank is looking for an experienced HRBP to join its Hong Kong team. Sweet spot VP level.

1. Perform all rounded HR functions including recruitment, manpower planning and employee relations to support company’s growth plans and business operation.
2. Being a business partner, communicate with business leaders directly to understand the recruitment needs and meet the requirement.
3. Identify effective recruitment channels and selection criteria to improve hiring efficiency.
4. Provide daily support to business units to ensure the business needs are properly and timely met.
5. Conduct market research and benchmark for updated market information and human resources best practices for human resources projects.
6. Ensure all human resources related procedures and issues align with regulatory requirements and local standards.
7. Lead and participate in project which improve HR operations.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2. 10 years of HR experience with established financial institution in Hong Kong.
3. Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese) and English.
