About the Role

As a Human Resources Officer, you will be focusing on assisting with a smooth operation of the HR Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in handling the full spectrum of HR functions as Business Partner, including but not limited to staff engagement and communications, compensation and benefits, as well as talent management.


• Maintain accurate and updated employee databases and filing records.


• Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, report consolidation.


• Perform any other duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned by Management.

About You

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources Management, Psychology or other relevant disciplines.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer applications.


• Strong social media sense to capture current trends.


• Self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.


• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
