We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure / Workplace Project Manager to support a multi-year office renovation and workplace transformation initiative within a large enterprise environment.

This role will be essential in delivering office restacks, building relocations, and workplace technology upgrades. You will work closely with internal technology teams and business stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions with minimal disruption.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery of workplace technology projects according to an agreed programme roadmap
Lead office restacks and traditional office relocations across multiple sites or floors
Coordinate PC/laptop refresh cycles, user migrations, and workplace technology readiness
Oversee workplace technologies including VDI, Wi-Fi, M365, endpoint security, and application access
Align with network, security, and infrastructure teams to manage dependencies and timing
Ensure application-level validation, user preparedness, and operational approval
Identify critical path activities, risks, and potential blockers at the earliest stage
Drive thorough documentation, sign-offs, and stakeholder communications
Serve as the link between technology teams, business users, and workplace stakeholders

Required Experience

IT Project Management experience, ideally within an enterprise or financial services setting
Proven track record delivering office moves, restacks, or workplace transformation projects
Solid understanding of workplace technologies:
- Windows OS, Microsoft 365 (Exchange to O365 migration experience highly regarded)
- VDI / desktop virtualisation
- Wi-Fi provisioning and network changes (subnets, access)
- Endpoint security and device management
Experience managing large user and device environments (1,000+ users / endpoints)
Hands-on experience coordinating large-scale PC refresh programmes
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills (in Cantonese and English)
Practical, execution-driven approach with the ability to handle complexity and ambiguity
