Infrastructure/Network Operations Support Engineer

What You'll Do

• Support and maintain enterprise network and application delivery infrastructure in a global production environment.
• Administer and troubleshoot F5 BIG-IP/A10 load balancers, DNS, and network connectivity issues.
• Perform infrastructure changes, incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and operational support.
• Automate operational tasks using scripting and configuration management tools.
• Collaborate with global infrastructure, application, and engineering teams to ensure high availability and service reliability.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Network Infrastructure, Infrastructure Operations, or Network Operations.
• Hands-on experience with F5 BIG-IP (A10 ADC experience is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, routing, and switching.
• Experience working with Linux/Unix environments.
• Scripting or automation experience using Python, Ansible, Bash, PowerShell, or similar.
• Experience supporting enterprise production environments with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Financial services or large enterprise experience is highly preferred.
