Requirements

• Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Civil / Building Engineering or a related discipline  
• A minimum of 9 years' relevant experience in construction works, preferably in an operating railway environment

• Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms

Responsibilities

• Carry out site coordination and supervision of station improvement works and alterations and additions works to ensure work quality, construction safety and proper management of site records  
• Liaise with relevant parties on site works, carry out safety inspection, monitor testing and commissioning, compile and maintain site records  
• Assist in reviewing design submissions to ensure accuracy and completeness of as-built records  
• Take up the role of Technically Competent Person (T3) in carrying out the required site supervision duties if required
