Institutional Sales - Multiple Openings (Manager to Department Head level)

Our clients, multiple top-tier investment banks and securities firms , are looking for high-caliber Institutional Sales professionals to join their expanding teams in Hong Kong. We are currently managing multiple openings ranging from Manager to Department Head levels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive business development and institutional client relationship management across Local HKSAR, Greater China and Singapore markets.
2. Originate and execute transactions involving equity derivatives, structured products, and futures brokerage solutions.
3. For Head level : Lead, mentor, and manage the institutional sales team to achieve business targets.

Requirements

1. 3 to 12+ years of institutional sales experience within investment banks, sell-side firms, or securities/futures brokerages . (Solid leadership experience required for the Head level ).
2. Strong expertise in derivatives and structured products; familiarity with equities brokerage solutions is a plus.
3. Holder of SFC Type 1 and Type 4 licenses is required.
4. Deep understanding of the ecosystem; strong capability to manage complex transactions under pressure.
5. Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
6. Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese is preferred.
