Investment Analyst - Family Office

We are partnering with a private family office in Hong Kong to hire an Investment Analyst. This role offers exposure to a diversified global portfolio across real estate, funds, and fixed income investments. You will take ownership of portfolio tracking, investment analysis, and day-to-day asset operations in a lean and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance portfolio tracking dashboards across multiple asset classes
• Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports, analysing returns against benchmarks
• Monitor liquidity, cash flow, and funding requirements
• Conduct investment research and due diligence on funds, real estate, and alternative investments
• Perform financial modelling, valuation, and yield analysis
• Review investment materials and summarise key risks, fees, and opportunities
• Manage relationships with banks, brokers, property managers, and advisors
• Support investment execution including documentation, account setup, and transaction processes
• Oversee administrative matters such as dividends, corporate actions, and asset records
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all investment data and reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related discipline
• 3-5 years of experience in investment, asset management, private banking, or advisory
• CFA / CPA qualification (or in progress) is preferred
• Strong Excel skills for portfolio tracking and financial analysis
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking
• Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working independently
• High level of integrity in handling confidential information
