A homegrown multi-strategy investment firm that invests across asset classes in venture & growth equity, real estate, and special situations opportunities, with office in Hong Kong and Tokyo.

Job Description

Conduct in-depth research, financial analysis, and due diligence on prospective investment opportunities.
Prepare comprehensive investment reports, presentations, and periodic updates for stakeholders.
Support the execution of real estate transactions across various stages.
Build and maintain financial models to evaluate investment performance and feasibility.
Track market trends, assess sector performance, and manage assets within the investment portfolio.
Liaise with external professionals including legal advisors, agents, property managers, and tenants to ensure smooth operations.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or Statistics from a top-tier university; Master's degree or CFA designation is preferred.
Strong analytical capabilities, both quantitative and qualitative.
1-2 years of relevant experience in investment or real estate sectors.
Proficient in financial modeling and creating impactful PowerPoint presentations.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Putonghua; Japanese language skills are an advantage.
Highly responsible with strong multitasking abilities.
Solid understanding of real estate investment principles is a plus.
Must possess valid work authorization for Hong Kong.
Willingness to travel as required.
