Job Description:

• Lead coverage efforts, develop and maintain long-term client relationship
• Identify IPO/M&A opportunities systematically
• Lead client pitch efforts, provide advice and recommend strategies to meet clients’ needs
• Lead and coach junior bankers on project execution matters in accordance with internal compliance policies and relevant rules and regulations
• Communicate with both internal and external stakeholders, and maintain relationships at senior levels
• Leverage on the firm’s unique value proposition, mobilize team to initiate transaction ideas and drive key execution milestones
• Coach junior bankers to help them develop key analytical skills required for a career in investment banking

Qualification:

• Master’s degree or above in finance, economics, accounting, business management or other relevant disciplines from a well-established institution
• At least 7 years of investment banking experience and strong sector coverage
• Possession of SFC Takeover Code License or eligible to apply for such license is preferred
• Passion and resilience for business development
• Highly motivated, committed and responsible, with a demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities and requests
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to maintain relationships at all levels within the organization
• High standards of professionalism and ethical conduct with integrity
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English. Mandarin speaker highly preferred
