Investment Dealing & Servicing Analyst - Private Wealth(HNW) (HK SI 1,7,8 required)

Our client is a stable and well-established private bank in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for an Investment Dealing & Servicing Analyst (No shift required) to expand their Operations capacity in Hong Kong. Excellent in oral and written communication skills in English is required.

Responsibilities

1. Working along with Private Banking Relationship Manager & Investment Product Specialist to perform investor suitability assessment and process investment trade orders in accordance with with the regulatory requirements
2. Manage & update the execution desk’s record to maintain an accurate record of client’s investment orders including fixed income, credit securities & equities
3. Maintain trade book, product inventory and database accuracy
4. Keep abreast with the global financial market and work together with Investment Councilor/ Relationship Manager to update client on relevant market updates
5. Forward investment dealing documents to operation department for processing before cut-off time and follow up on any trade discrepancies
6. Collaborate with treasury functions on client’s securities funding instructions
7. Support efficiency enhancement projects such as process automation
8. Coordinate with the team to provide MIS reports to management as required
9. Work as a team to ensure all trading activities are performed in accordance with the bank’s policies, approved limited and regulatory requirements

Requirements

1. Degree or above in finance or business-related discipline
2. Possess HKSI paper 1,7,8 certification (HKSI 7,8 can be wavied by relevant university degree) is a MUST
3. 1-3 years of Banking or Financial Services Investment Services/ Trade Processing/ Dealings/ Operation experience
4. Prior knowledge/ experience in investment dealing & execution on equities, fixed income products & credit securities product would be highly preferable
5. Excellent in oral and written communication skills in English
6. Good customer services experience
7. Candidate from Banking Background would be highly preferable
