Your role

Mission

• “Investment partnership” with relationship managers to deliver Pictet’s clients a unique investment experience and service.


• Deliver optimized investment solutions to clients with a team approach.


• Profitably grow assets under management and managed solutions.

Responsibilities

• Keep up to date with the financial markets, the Bank’s views, research and product offering across the whole firm (PWM, PAM and PAA).


• Communicate the investment platform strategy and solutions to RMs, clients and prospects.


• Work closely with the investment Platform in Geneva and Asia and leveraging on the Bank’s product platform.


• Provide pro-active advice and views on specific companies or sectors for sophisticated and active trading clients.


• In conjunction with RMs, identify and develop new business opportunities from the existing client base as well as helping convert prospects into clients.


• Meet clients and prospects together with RMs.


• Help determine clients’ needs and prepare tailor made investment proposals.


• Implement, monitor and rebalance client portfolios.


• Execute trade orders and confirm execution to clients, either directly or through Client Relationship Officers.


• Conduct risk suitability check and selling process for investment ideas initiated by investment specialist. 

Your profile

• Degree in Finance related subjects.


• 10 - 15 years of experience as investment specialist in multi-asset class advisory within the wealth management/private banking sector.


• Strong client-focused attitude with a proactive mindset.


• Independent, initiative driven, mature, credible and comfortable in dealing with key clients and senior RMs.


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


• Strong sense of teamwork.


• Rigorous, organized, analytical, with an eye or detail.


• Fluent in English and Mandarin.


• Travelling to Mainland China and Taiwan for client meetings required.
