Investor Relations Manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Oversee the company’s investor relations activities and maintain effective communication with shareholders, institutional investors and potential investors.
2. Liaise with media and financial platforms, coordinate brand promotion and investor communication materials to convey the company’s value and development updates.
3. Assist in organizing investor meetings, roadshows and online/offline communication events to ensure efficient and compliant information dissemination.
4. Compile and feedback market and investor insights to support management decision-making.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Media/Communication related fields is preferred.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, with familiarity in media and investor communication scenarios.
3. Strong information sensitivity, logical thinking skills and a high level of confidentiality awareness.
4. Proactive with strong resilience, capable of efficiently handling cross-department coordination and related tasks.
