Job Description
Develop and manage relationships with institutional investors, family offices, private banks, and UHNW clients across offshore markets
Drive capital raising initiatives, including fundraising campaigns, investor roadshows, and ongoing engagement
Act as a key point of contact for investors, providing performance updates, product positioning, and market insights
Collaborate closely with internal teams (investment, product, compliance) to ensure consistent and accurate communication
Support the creation of marketing materials, pitchbooks, and due diligence responses
Monitor market trends and competitor landscape to identify new fundraising opportunities
The Successful Applicant
6-15 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations / Institutional Sales / Capital Raising within asset management, hedge funds, or private banking
Strong track record in covering offshore clients (e.g. Singapore, Middle East, Europe, US )
Solid understanding of hedge funds and/or quantitative strategies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; fluency in English and Mandarin required
Familiarity with Hong Kong regulatory environment (SFC Type 1/4/9) is preferred
Self-driven, commercial mindset with strong ability to operate in a fast-paced investment environment
