Investor Relations Vice President

This role offers the opportunity to be a key relationship manager within a private equity platform. You will play an active role in shaping investor strategy and driving capital formation across a growing and sophisticated investor base.

Key Responsibilities

1. Serve as the lead relationship manager for a portfolio of family offices and small-to-mid-sized institutional investors, developing long-term, trust-based partnerships
2. Act as a primary point of contact, delivering high-quality, tailored communication on fund strategies, portfolio performance, and market insights
3. Drive capital raising efforts through targeted investor outreach, relationship development, and onboarding of new LPs
4. Develop and refine investor materials (presentations, updates, marketing collateral) with a focus on clarity, accessibility, and relevance for family office audiences
5. Organize and participate in investor meetings, roadshows, and curated events, particularly within the family office ecosystem
6. Partner closely with investment teams and senior leadership to translate complex investment strategies into compelling, investor-friendly narratives
7. Maintain ongoing dialogue with investors to identify opportunities for increased allocations and cross-strategy participation
8. Track market trends, competitor activity, and investor sentiment, with a focus on regional LPs and family office dynamics
9. Ensure all communications meet regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards

Qualifications

1. Proven experience in Investor Relations, fundraising, placement agents, or client coverage within private markets
2. Strong, demonstrable track record working with family offices and/or smaller institutional investors (e.g. endowments, foundations, regional LPs)
3. Demonstrated ability to build credibility and maintain relationships with entrepreneurial, high-net-worth, and sophisticated investors
4. Hands-on experience supporting or executing fundraising processes and investor engagement initiatives
5. Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese and/or Mandarin
6. Strong commercial mindset with excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
7. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
