IT Application Manager

Responsibilities:
- Lead application team of 2 to oversee application architecture, delivery and support
- Manage overseas development team, perform code review
- Business Partner across departments of multi-regions, understand business painpoints and provide technical advisory
- Drive business process re-engineering. Be proactive to initiate and drive large scale digital transformation projects using Agile

Require:
- Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Systems or relevant disciplines
- 9+ years experience in Application Development/ Engineering with 3+ years in leadership position
- Experience in leading small development team and managing overseas developers/ vendors
- Understanding on Agile software development, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong knowledge in supply chain/ sourcing operation process, proactive in discover areas for process re-engineering
- Experience in driving large scale ERP implementation and delivery (MS Dynamics is a plus)
- Experience in integration/ implementation of Consolidated Reporting System is a huge plus
- Knowledge in PLM and related supply chain applications is a plus
- MNC background with regional/ global project experience. Flexible in working over time zones.
- Strong in IT Business Partnering and multi-regional stakeholders management
- Strong in Agile project management. Capability in defining policy, procedures, protocols and SLAs.
- Excellent command in English and Chinese
