Salary \: HK$18,427 – HK$26,908 (HGPS point 3 - 9) per month including Monthly Allowance 

Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.

 Key Responsibilities: 

1.    Perform PC hardware and software installation.

2.    Perform troubleshooting of PC hardware, software and network connection problem.

3.    Co-ordinate with users and vendors on PC installation.

4.    Keeping and updating of inventory records and IT related documentation.

5.  Carry out administration tasks as required by individual team head for implementing the IT solutions in the areas of responsibility.

6.    Provide after office hours system support.    

7.    Perform on-site support duty at different hospitals/institutions in Hong Kong Island Cluster.

8.    Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Entry Requirements: 

1.    (a)   Passes in 5 subjects including English Language (Syllabus B) and Mathematics in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, or equivalent.

        OR

(b)    5 subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education attaining the level specified below:

─       Level 2 in English Language and Mathematics; and

─     Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects / "Attained" in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in Other Language subjects;

         or equivalent.

2.    Completed a recognized diploma or higher course in IT of at least 2 years in duration.

Preferable Attributes/Exposure: 

1.   1 year working experience in IT operation field.

2.   Experience in PC and mobile device installation, configuration and troubleshooting, Windows and Mac operating system & MS Office problem handling and network configuration in hospital environment.

3.    Self-initiated, self-motivated and able to work independently.

4.    Good interpersonal and communication skills.
