About the role

We are looking for a IT manager - Data Platform to design and execute a comprehensive data platform strategy that aligns technical architecture with long-term business goals. You will be managing a diverse team of internal and external specialists, you will bridge the gap between complex data engineering and executive decision-making to foster a culture of innovation.

About the job

Design and implement a modern data roadmap that supports organizational vision and scalability.
Build and maintain secure, high-performance cloud environments using industry best practices.
Lead and coach a high-performing squad of data experts to achieve operational excellence.
Establish robust data security protocols and governance policies across the enterprise.
Act as the primary SME to translate complex data concepts into actionable business narratives.
Oversee the deployment of advanced analytics and emerging technologies to drive competitive advantage.

Requirements

With 10+ years in data-related roles, with team leading experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
Deep expertise in cloud platforms, data engineering, and BI frameworks, Azure Data Factory would be highly desirable.
Proficient in Python, SQL, and visualization tool.
Strong understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance standards.
Exceptional critical thinking and the ability to solve complex problems.
Proven ability to build trusting relationships within a diverse workforce.
