About the job

Our client is a globally expanding and leading fashion retailer known for promoting a circular economy. To support their rapid business development and long-term expansion plans in Hong Kong, they are currently seeking a high-caliber and independent professional to join their corporate planning team. This role offers high autonomy, where you will take the lead in market development and oversee the end-to-end process of new store development, property acquisition, and construction management.

Position: Store Development Manager (Corporate Planning)

Location: Tsim Sha Tsui

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle daily administrative tasks, scheduling, correspondence, and documentation.
  • Coordinate office facilities, vendor management, and supplies inventory.
  • Manage reception duties and provide Japanese language support for communication and liaison.
  • Oversee petty cash, expense reimbursements, contracts, and legal documentation.
  • Support compliance procedures and submissions to authorities.
  • Supervise system and asset management.
  • Provide first‑level IT support for office and store infrastructure.

Requirements

  • More than 3 years of admin / clerical work experience.
  • Excellent command of Japanese (Native Japanese or near Native Japanese. A good command of English is required.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Stable, highly responsible, and a collaborative team player.

Annual leave:
They calculate the AL by the company's joining date.
1st year: 7 days after probation

Employees are entitled to 10 days of paid sick leave, which requires a medical certificate and after completing the 3-month probation period. If the employee applies for 4 consecutive days of sick leave, those days will not be deducted from the 10 days of paid sick leave entitlement.

OT Allowance: YES, calculated on a per-minute basis
