Position: Japanese Speaking Customer Service Officer 

Industry: Finance / Traveling

Salary: up to HKD 23K/M

Job description:

  • To provide customer services at the front desk
  • Inbound tourism support (including but not limited to hotel, restaurant, operational tour, massage booking)
  • Support marketing research /promotion strategy
  • Handle incoming calls and enquiry from customer
  • Communication with Japan HQ

Requirements:

  • University graduate or equivalent
  • Min. 2 years relevant customer service & marketing experience
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese, Mandarin and Japanese (JLPT N1)
  • With stable working history, willing to stay with the company for a long term
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

Working Hours: Shift work, working hour fixed 9:00〜18:00 , including public holiday, Saturday, Sunday
