Job Description - Junior Private Banker (Farmer | China Focus | Open to ARM / IC Profiles)

Your new company

We are partnering with a reputable Chinese bank with a strong network of HNW client referrals and an established presence in the private banking space.

Your new role

Develop new business relationships and expand the private banking client portfolio
Achieve revenue and business targets set by management
Provide tailored investment advisory services and holistic wealth management solutions to HNW clients
Manage client portfolios through advisory-driven strategies and execution of transactions
Promote and cross-sell a range of investment products, including fixed income, insurance, and funds, with a focus on more conservative wealth solutions
Support clients with portfolio allocation aligned to their risk appetite and financial goals

What you'll need to succeed

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience in private banking or wealth management; PRC market exposure is an advantage
Familiarity with conservative product offerings (e.g. fixed income, insurance, funds) is preferred
Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. ECF-RWM, CPWP, CFMP, FRM, CPA, CB) are advantageous
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships
Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (both spoken and written)
