What You Would Get To Do


The Junior Roadshow Coordinator is responsible for helping to organise logistics, prepare schedules for Corporate Access management teams and consistently deliver exceptional service to our clients through excellent organisational and customer service skills.


Your Contributions



  • Responsible for all planning and execution related to sector-specific (non-deal and/or deal) roadshows, field trips, and conference calls for non-deal roadshows

  • Heavy logistic coordination, including, but not limited to, hotels, ground transportation, private air, commercial air, venue contracting and management, food & beverage

  • Effective management of budgets and expense reconciliation 

  • Direct contact and coordination with corporate management teams, as well as Internal Sales and Banking

  • Multitask to balance client demands while navigating concurrent events 

  • Assist with distributing nightly schedules for management

  • Assist with managing weekly/monthly event reporting to be shared with management 

  • Remain professional, responsive and polite in challenging circumstances 

  • Adapt to a changing environment and respond accordingly 

  • Minimal travel required for on-site programs

  • Maintaining onboarding/training documents with the most up-to-date information

  • Support with ad-hoc projects as required

  • Act as an ambassador for the FIRST brand, leading by example and displaying the company’s core values (Ambition, Creativity, Excellence, Integrity, Teamwork)


What We Are Looking For



  • 1-2+ years of professional experience in Roadshows, events, administrative work, conferences, marketing and/or communications

  • Highly organised – ability to handle multiple tasks to meet strict deadlines

  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills

  • Advanced working knowledge of the Microsoft Office 

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) 

  • Highly organised with the ability to work in a high-pressure environment

  • Handle multiple tasks to meet strict deadlines, ability to balance high-priority pop-up requests

  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills 

  • Ability to effectively interact with all levels of senior-ranking officers 

  • Adaptability to situations and ever-changing demands 

  • Accessible and responsive at off-hour times (tasks and requests by client often happen outside of normal business hours - must be available to respond accordingly) 

  • A calm and flexible approach to handling pressure and stress 

  • Resourceful, ambitious and proactive 

  • Creative problem solver and team player
