Legal Consultant - PRC Qualified/ Mandarin Speaking - Technology

Currently, we're hiring PRC Legal Consultants with technology law experience to join us with:

• Ideally, a minimum of 3 years’ PQE advising on a wide spectrum of general corporate / commercial contracts gained either within private practice or in house


• PRC qualified/ excellent Mandarin capability


• Excellent Chinese language skills (written and spoken)


• SaaS/cloud or related experience would be highly advantageous

The responsibilities for this role will include:

• Working side by side with the legal and business teams of our F500 clients to provide commercially tailored legal support


• Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements and SaaS contracts across business lines


• Maintaining and updating documentation with most recent regulatory requirements


• Working with and advising internal and external stakeholders, as well as providing guidance and practical solutions for various corporate policies where required
