Job Description - Legal Manager


  • Oversee company secretarial tasks, compliance, and governance.

  • Manage statutory filings, records, and board/committee meetings.

  • Provide legal support for agreements, regulatory filings, and business projects.

  • Advise on Joint Ventures, M&A, and business transfers.

  • Draft legal documents for the payment industry, including contracts.

  • Handle civil litigation and support IPO-related activities.

  • Collaborate with the Board, while managing due diligence for group companies and investors.
