Lifeguard Supervisor (救生員領班)

About the Role

As a Lifeguard Supervisor (救生員領班), you will oversee the daily operation of the swimming pool facilities, ensuring a safe, hygienic, and enjoyable environment for guests while maintaining the highest standards of service and pool safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of the outdoor swimming pool and ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and service standards.


• Perform lifeguard duties and maintain safety at all times.


• Monitor pool cleanliness, water quality and equipment to maintain Hotel standards.


• Deliver attentive guest service and handle guests’ inquiries; proactively enhance guests’ satisfactions.


• Coordinate with Housekeeping Team and Engineering Team to ensure smooth operations.


• Manage team scheduling and manpower deployment.


• 監督室外泳池日常運作，確保符合安全、衛生及服務標準


• 負責拯溺工作，維持池面安全


• 定期檢查泳池設施及水質，確保維持酒店標準


• 提供優質賓客服務，並妥善處理查詢


• 與房務部及工程部協調合作，確保日常運作順暢


• 負責編排員工更表及人手安排

About You

• Possession of Lifeguard Certificate, First Aid Certificate and AED Certificate.


• At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in Hotels / Clubhouses.


• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.


• 持有救生員證書、急救證書及自動心臟去顫器（AED）證書


• 至少三年或以上相關工作經驗，具酒店或會所經驗者優先


• 良好的英語、廣東話及普通話口語能力
