Manager / Assistant Manager - ERP Transformation

The Company

A rapidly-growing professional service firm is looking for a high-calibre Manager/Assistant Manager to support the business expansion.

This role will sit within a specialist ERP advisory and implementation team, working closely with senior stakeholders across finance, operations, and technology, and playing a hands-on leadership role across end‑to‑end ERP transformation initiatives.

The Role

• Lead and deliver ERP transformation and system implementation projects for multiple client engagements
• Drive business requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design, system configuration oversight, testing, and go‑live support
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating business and finance needs into scalable ERP solutions
• Manage project governance, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications across internal and external parties
• Coach and develop junior consultants within the ERP team, providing technical and project leadership
• Work closely with regional teams across Hong Kong, Greater China, and APAC on cross‑border implementations
• Support post‑implementation optimization, system enhancement, and ongoing user adoption
• Contribute to practice development initiatives, including methodology, capability build‑out, and client proposals

Your Profile

• 5 years of hands‑on experience in ERP implementation and transformation, preferably within consulting or professional services environments
• Strong functional exposure across finance and/or supply chain modules
• Experience with one or more major ERP platforms
• Solid background in accounting, finance, operations, or systems with strong business acumen
• Proven experience engaging senior client stakeholders and leading complex workstreams
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English; Mandarin capability is highly preferred given regional scope
• Self‑driven, hands‑on, and comfortable operating in a fast‑growth, entrepreneurial environment
