Principal responsibilities

• Achieve sales target by planning and management of team activities
• Lead the team to solicit new applications through branch / roadshows
• Keep abreast of latest development of recommend corresponding business strategies as appropriate
• Manage team performance and development of subordinates
• Manager 3 rd party vendor as Service ambassador to support roadshow activities while ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines
• Improve success rate of applications by minimizing missing supporting documents / application information
• Manage team administrative work
• Manage roadshow operations and ensure service quality is up to standard and compliance

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
• Proven working experience in retail banking product management with at least 3 years in managerial grade
• Strong business acumen and numeric sense
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Great sense of ownership and ability to work independently with good problem-solving skills
