Description

Role Summary
The Manager will drive business initiatives, product solutions, and technology development projects, while leading marketing campaigns and managing day-to-day coordination with internal and external partners. This role requires strong commercial acumen, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to turn partner needs into actionable business and product outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships to support business growth
  • Work closely with the distribution team to align partner needs with product strategy, roadmap, and enhancements
  • Drive account management activities, including relationship management, product development, technology solution development, performance tracking, and issue resolution
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing and prospective partner accounts
  • Lead commercial discussions, negotiate agreement terms, and support contract execution
  • Monitor partner performance, analyze business results, and recommend actions using a data-driven approach to optimize outcomes
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams across Claims, Operations, Marketing, Digital Solutions, and Finance for new product/channel launches and ongoing business development
  • Prepare business reviews, partnership reports, and management updates
  • Lead the application of AI in product development and business innovation


Qualifications
  • University graduate with experience in product management, sales development, marketing & account management, touching analytics, data processing. 
  • General insurance related experience and knowledge of the insurance environment across the Hong Kong is a plus
  • Knowledge in the areas of insurance products, insurance distribution and insurance technology trends and platforms is a plus
  • Qualified IIQE paper 1 and 2 is a plus
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
  • Strong ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing – in English and Chinese
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines with can-do attitude
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and oversight delivery programs within the business
