Job Description - Manager, Wealth Management Marketing

Hang Seng’s Marketing function is responsible for formulating marketing strategies and implementing marketing initiatives to build the brand of Hang Seng Bank, acquire new customers, strengthen customer loyalty to build long term relationships, and provide professional marketing support to different businesses to promote a comprehensive suite of products and services offered by the Bank.


 


We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our department as Manager, Wealth Management Marketing.


 


Principal responsibilities



  • Drive and formulate development and delivery of marketing strategies and activities for the Bank’s wealth management products, facilitating to capture business opportunities, achieve business and marketing objectives set for branding building, acquisition, retention, usage and ROI.

  • Drive effective and measurable multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive product take-up and portfolio growth for the Bank’s wealth management products.

  • Define, drive and manage for the success of the Marketing development strategies and the ecosystem targeting both existing and potential clients to build brand and drive sales.

  • Lead and drive communications with various internal / external stakeholders, to discuss and resolve different product development and implementation issues.

  • Support product maintenance, including proper documentation control and procedures.

  • Leverage on Adtech & Martech tools to operate and optimise to deliver campaigns and measurement, e.g. tag management, web/app analytics, marketing automation/CRM journeys, audience segmentation, paid media tracking, attribution, and A/B testing.

  • Translate business objectives into measurable KPIs (traffic, engagement, quality, conversion, CPA, ROI) and produce actionable insights for optimisation.

  • Establish leads generation and management practice for Wealth Products from prospect clients and cross-sell/ upsell.

  • Lead and drive prospect clients management and programs, working together with Data, Technology and Distribution Team.

  • Apply best practice and governance process, and anticipate, manage and mitigate project risks and use of resources accordingly.

  • Facilitate effective communication between marketing channel, internal stakeholders and risk stewards.

  • Facilitate the development of the O2O process for marketing optimization.


 


 


Requirements



  • University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline. 

  • Solid experience in Marketing, with exposure in wealth management business and knowledge of banking / event management, insurance or investment products preferred.

  • All rounded marketing skills with good understanding of latest developments in the marketing and media scene, together with proven experience in running end to end marketing programs. 

  • Solid experience in web management including mobile (responsive design and ability to drive engagement/ sales leads from online to offline channels.

  • Solid experience in optimizing use of digital platforms to bring out the potentials of omni-channels to customers. Excellent communication, analytical, problem solving, negotiation and project management skills.

  • Solid working knowledge of Martech/Adtech platforms for campaign execution and measurement.

  • Strong self-motivation and customer orientation, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.

  • Resourceful, with excellent communication and leadership skills, experience in managing team to achieve success together.

  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese.

  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes.
