Manager / Senior Manager of IT Asset Lifecycle Management
Position Statement
Location: Hong Kong
Manager / Senior Manager of IT Asset Lifecycle Management is responsible for leading the commercial and operational growth of Crown’s Asset Lifecycle Management business in Hong Kong. The role drives end-to-end asset lifecycle solutions including asset auditing, redeployment, refurbishment, reuse, recycling, secure disposal, and sustainability-led services.
This position combines business development, strategic account management, solution design, operational leadership, and full P&L accountability to build a scalable, customer-centric, and commercially successful business aligned with Crown’s sustainability and circular economy ambitions. Depending on the candidate's skills and experience, this role may be offered at a more senior level.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
Business Growth & Commercial Leadership
Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for Asset Lifecycle Management services.
Identify and secure new business opportunities across corporate, public sector, and enterprise clients.
Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition, expansion of key accounts, and cross-selling across related Crown service lines.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline; lead proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close strategic deals.
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to continuously refine service positioning and offerings.
Solution Design & Client Engagement
Partner with clients to understand asset lifecycle and workplace challenges, designing fit-for-purpose solutions.
Advise customers on workplace asset audits, redeployment, refurbishment, reuse, secure disposal, and sustainability outcomes.
Translate client requirements into compelling commercial proposals, implementation plans, and value-based business cases.
Present solutions confidently to senior stakeholders, decision-makers, and procurement teams.
Operational Oversight
Oversee service delivery to ensure operational excellence, quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Work closely with operations, logistics, refurbishment, warehouse, and service teams to ensure smooth and effective execution.
Establish service standards, workflows, KPIs, and governance controls for asset lifecycle management projects.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with agreed service levels and client expectations.
P&L and Performance Management
Own full business performance including revenue, margin, cost control, and profitability.
Set budgets, forecasts, and growth targets for the Asset Lifecycle Management function.
Track commercial and operational KPIs and implement corrective actions where required.
Drive productivity improvements, process optimisation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Sustainability & Circular Economy Leadership
Position Asset Lifecycle Management as a strategic sustainability solution for clients.
Support customers in reducing waste, improving reuse and redeployment rates, and maximising value recovery from workplace assets.
Promote circular economy practices through refurbishment, redeployment, responsible recycling, and secure disposal.
Support reporting of environmental, sustainability, and commercial impact where required.
Risk, Compliance & Governance
Ensure all asset handling, disposal, recycling, and destruction activities comply with Crown policies and applicable local regulations.
Maintain high standards of data security, chain of custody, and documentation, particularly for IT and data-bearing assets.
Work with internal stakeholders to uphold safety, audit, risk management, and compliance standards.
Stakeholder & Team Leadership
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing commercial and operational team as the business scales.
Coach and mentor team members to strengthen capability, performance, and accountability.
Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders on service innovation, best practices, and customer opportunities.
Act as a visible leader and ambassador for the Asset Lifecycle Management business internally and externally.
Professional Skills & Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Sustainability, or related discipline.
8–12+ years of experience in business development, commercial leadership, operations, or general management roles.
Proven track record of revenue growth, margin performance, and team leadership.
Success Measures
Revenue and gross margin growth

Cross-sell penetration within existing client accounts
