Market Activation Manager

• Lead go-to-market planning and execute product launches end-to-end
  


• Translate complex changes into clear, actionable business readiness plans
  


• Coordinate across business, tech, and operations to ensure seamless roll-outs
  


• Drive frontline readiness through training, communications, and engagement
  


• Run pilot programs, gather insights, and manage Go/No-Go decisions
  


• Support customer activation across digital and service channels
  


• Track adoption, performance, and benefits post-launch
  


• Ensure compliance with governance and regulatory requirements
  


• Manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced delivery environment
  

Requirements

• 3–8 years’ experience in financial services (product, marketing, or change)
  


• Hands-on experience in go-to-market or change delivery
  


• Strong communicator with the ability to influence across teams
  


• Structured, proactive, and delivery-focused mindset
  


• Familiarity with digital products and Agile environments is a plus
  

• Based in Hong Kong (onsite at client office)
  


• Fluent English required; Cantonese & Mandarin strongly preferred
  


• Working within a leading Retail & Wealth Banking environment
