Job Description - Marketing & Communications Officer, Private Banking

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Internal Communications: Support the delivery of internal communications to ensure key updates and initiatives are communicated clearly, timely, and consistently
  • Social Media & Corporate Content: Support the development and execution of social media content across corporate channels and relevant platforms. Manage editorial schedule planning, oversee content creation, and coordinate publishing in alignment with marketing campaigns and key events.
  • External Communications & Marketing Materials (APAC): Support preparation of external communications and marketing materials across APAC, including monthly updates to pitchbooks, factsheets, and related marketing brochures. Ensure all corporate materials are accurate and consistent with approved messaging guidelines.
  • Campaign & Event Execution / Tracking: Assist with marketing execution and event tracking, including coordination of campaigns, events, and related logistics.
  • Event Attendee Tracking & Follow-up: Track and coordinate guest attendance and follow-up actions for Hong Kong and regional relationship events. Maintain records of participation and engagement.
  • Marketing Administration & Operational Support: Manage marketing administrative and operational processes, including expense tracking, coordination of recharges, and reporting to Finance. Maintain clear and complete records of marketing expenditures.
  • Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external marketing vendors for printing and production of corporate materials and marketing gifts.


Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Translation, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Financial Markets Knowledge: Understanding of financial markets with 3-5 years of industry experience.
  • Languages: Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese. Experience in managing translations is required.
  • Competencies: Self-motivated with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Detail Orientation & Deadlines: Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Client Service Mindset: Provide excellent internal service to the Front Office and support functions.
