Job description:

- Operate the operations function of the Centre

- Process customers orders using Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) patented proprietary digital transfer systems, in a secure CCTV environment

- Manage customers orders from start to finish

- Support limited office admin/sales & marketing functions at the Centre

Requirements

Requirements:

- Handle operations in using digital equipment, automation, and final quality control/editing for best customer results

- Self-motivated to learn

- Familiar with PC/Mac and MS365/Google Workspace; experience in Odoo, Shopify, Klaviyo and digital engagement/CRM tools are an advantage

- Good levels of Cantonese. Good communication skills in English and Putonghua are an advantage

- Bachelorâs Degree or equivalent.
