• Inventory Allocation & Distribution: Execute the initial allocation of new product arrivals to all stores based on sales history, store attributes, and product strategy.
•  In-Season Replenishment: Proactively monitor and analyze sales trends to manage min-max setting for replenishment of store inventory, to maximize sell-through and minimize stockouts.
•  Data Analysis & Reporting: Generate reports on sales, sell-through, and inventory levels. Identify best-sellers, slow-movers, and opportunities for optimization.
• Inventory Management: Manage goods receiving, returns, and write‑off processes, and support inter‑store transfers to optimize inventory balance, consolidate best sellers, and execute stock pullbacks to the warehouse.
•  Logistics & Warehouse Coordination: Coordinate with warehouses and logistics partners to support inbound and outbound stock movements, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to stores.
• System Maintenance: Maintain accurate allocation, transfer, and stock movement records, ensuring system data integrity.
